About the Author & Illustrator
Robin R. Whaley was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Studio Art from Wesleyan College, and Associate's Degrees in Music and Art from Middle Georgia State University.
Bone-A-Part was given life by Laura Long Legs, her yellow labrador retriever (2005-2016). The purpose of this book series is to bring awareness to animals in need of adoption.

About the Book
Crescent City Kitty and her family were inspired by the World Trade Center cats of New Orleans. Part of proceeds of the purchase of these books will be donated to Animal Welfare organizations. We encourage you to support animal rescue efforts in order to find loving homes for these animals. The Louisiana SPCA is particularly important as their Feral Cat Program was a direct contributor to re-homing this specific colony. Along with their Feral Cat Program, the LASPCA is making great strides to providing homes and healthcare to the animals of Louisiana.
